Audio Amplifier Pro allows you to change the volume of audio and video files. It has a simple tabbed interface where you can either load a single file in one tab and adjust the volume, or load multiple files in another tab to change all of their audio levels together. Audio volume of multiple songs/videos can be adjusted to a specific percentage, normalized to the maximum volume of each file or adjusted to the average of all the files.
